At Three Oak Farm, we offer locally raised, grass-fed and grass-finished beef directly from our farm. We sell individual cuts throughout the year, as well as customizable beef shares for customers who want to stock their freezer.

Beef shares
Want to stock your freezer with beef from the farm? Our beef shares give you the opportunity to purchase a larger quantity of beef at once, with the flexibility to customize your selection. Choose the cuts you want, in the quantities that work for your household, and we'll take care of the rest.

Cuts, packaging, and customization
Every order is tailored to you. We’ll help you select the cuts that fit your taste and ensure you’re getting the most value from your animal—so nothing goes to waste and everything meets your expectations. For both half and quarter cow packages, you get:

Mix of premium cuts and ground beef, all from a USDA-inspected facility

Soup bones, organs, and tallow if desired (may be limited on quarter cow orders)

Individual cuts & grounds
Not ready to commit to a whole beef share? We get it. We also offer individual cuts for local families who want to enjoy farm-raised beef without filling their freezer all at once.
Because we're a small family farm, we intentionally don't have a warehouse or e-commerce operation. Our available beef changes throughout the year, so rather than maintaining a constantly changing online store, we invite you to contact us to see what's currently available. It's also a chance for us to answer questions, help you find the cuts you're looking for, and connect you directly with the farm you're buying from.
Our selection typically includes 1–2 lb packages of 90/10 ground beef, steaks, roasts, ribs, brisket, and other cuts, with availability varying throughout the year. Everything is vacuum-sealed in clear packaging, so you can see exactly what you're getting.
Individual cuts generally range from about $11–$40/lb, depending on the cut.
We also offer local delivery in town, making it easy to get farm-raised beef without committing to a full share.
